February 4, 2025 - Partnering with CDC Division of Nutrition, Physical Activity and Obesity efforts
The February 4th webinar will feature a discussion on opportunities to partner with CDC physical activity initiatives such as the State Physical Activity and Nutrition Program (SPAN), the High Obesity Program (HOP), Racial and Ethnic Approaches to Community Health (REACH), Active People Healthy Nation, and more. There will be time for peer sharing as well as questions during the webinar.
